Dear Supporters of Singapore Children's Society,
Mental health is at the heart of suicide prevention. On this World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September), let us strive to be the trusted adults our children can turn to when they struggle. By recognising the signs of distress and walking alongside them, we can nurture their journey toward healing, resilience, and hope.

Every Child, Every Life Matters
|
On 10 September 2025, World Suicide Prevention Day reminds us to break the silence around suicide and stand together to save lives.
In Singapore, suicides remain the leading cause of youth death for the sixth year running — underscoring the urgent need for stronger upstream mental health support for children and young people.
